Peter Sterling
(President and Chief Executive Officer)

Peter has been in the real estate industry since 1983. He is also experienced in positions such as, an investment manager, entrepreneur, and a business owner. He has invested and remodeled many home projects, and is the President of his own property management company. He has also been in business in the midtown/third ward since 1993, is an active administrator in the community with helping families stay connected, and continues to devote himself to helping the community.

Fred Lucille
(Building Associate)

Fred has had 17 years of experience in real estate industry and 15 years as a Building Associate. He is also a registered architect, and has experience as a designer. He is an approved builder for the City of Houston Hope Program, and has won prestigious awards such as, both Prism Awards, and The Dallas Star for Best Residential Design in 2004.
